Patricia Welter, Certified Pilates instructor, AFAA PFT and IDEA Master Trainer, is Suncoast Pilates head Pilates instructor and personal trainer. She has been a trainer in the area for over fifteen years, and has operated the studio for over eleven years. Pat brings a wealth of training and experience in Pilates, Personal Fitness Training and other exercise disciplines and holds numerous certifications in Pilates, personal training, fitness, post-rehab fitness and aquatics. As an area fitness expert, Pat has been featured on local channel 8 news segments and has been quoted and interviewed for numerous articles for local, national and international publications.
