Sandra Racz, is certified in Interior Redesign, Real Estate Staging and Color Consultation. Sandra is a member of four national organizations. One of which is approved by IACET. CEUs are a available for the SDP classes and workshops.

Sandra joined forces with Bobi McGinnis, founding One Day Decorating of Florida, to offer certification in Interior Redesign and Real Estate Staging. A certified trainer with four national organizations. The One Day Decorating, the Society of Decorating Professionals, Custom Home Furnishing and Window Fashions. The SDP is an approved by IACET which recognized continuing education credits (CEUs).

Sandra has been a presenter at several national conferences, featured in local newspapers and is a national award winner. She offers workshops for fun, education classes for Habitat for Humanity, and participates in local events supporting the American Cancer Society, the CF Foundation.

Our mission is to help students become successful, homeowners reach their decorating goals, to enhance real estate transactions and help decorating dabblers to learn decorating fundamentals while having fun.
