Women Empower Member Information
I am an experienced Florida estate
planning attorney. My practice areas include Wills, Trusts,
Durable Powers of Attorney, Designation of Health Care
Surrogates, Living Wills, Estate Planning, and general
Contract Law.
My primary focus is on helping women and Seniors. I think that
both groups deserve more attention than they are given. We
tend to be the caregivers, not the care-receivers.
For the convenience of my clients, I will meet you at your
home, office, or such other place as we agree.
Most lawyers don't make "house calls". I will because it's
much easier for me to come to you. And let's face it! Clients
deserve "pampering"!

I have been a permanent Tampa, Florida resident since 1995.
Prior to moving to Florida, I spent more than ten years
working with clients and banks and trust companies in Chicago,
IL to determine the best estate planning devices available to
them.
While in Chicago I also served as Mandatory Arbitrator on
Civil Cases for the Cook County Arbitration Board as directed
by the Illinois state and local court rules.
I also developed the first conference addressing the computer
needs of People With Disabilities, "Law, Adaptability & the
ADA" in cooperation with Apple Computer and the Mayor's Office
of Disabilities.
