It has been said that if we keep doing the same things we have always done we will keep getting the results we have always gotten. Life coaching helps us pull out of life’s rut and set and achieve the goals that we have always dreamed of achieving.

Sharon’s life purpose is to use her gifts and talents as a teacher, speaker, coach and writer, to help others reach their personal potential. She helps her clients understand themselves and recognize how they can use their gifts and talents to live a life filled with purpose and passion. By leading her clients through the steps of self-discovery to developing a purpose and then setting and achieving goals, she is able to help them meet and overcome life’s challenges to live a balanced and fulfilled life.

Using her training and over twenty years of experience in administration and marketing, she is able to help her clients reach greater levels productivity in their lives, personally and professionally. With her extensive understanding of personality styles, time and task management, goal setting and achieving, and her supportive, caring style she is able to help her clients find focus and develop a plan to move forward.

Because of her business background and training she is also equipped to work with business owners, entrepreneurs, executives and sales professionals to help them take their business or career to the next level. Providing focus, direction, action plans, and accountability she helps professionals and executives to set and achieve goals for their business or professional life.

Sharon is also a partner in Refined Space – Professional Organizing and is able utilize her skills and resources for her coaching clients if part of their process includes finding order in their space.

Sharon received her coaching certification from PCCCA – Professional Christian Coaching and Counseling Academy. PCCCA is accredited by UACCCI / CCSA as an "Accredited Christian Coaching School of Excellence". (UACCCI is the United Association of Christian Counselors and Chaplains International)

She is a graduate Tiffin University with a Masters of Business Administration and from Dallas Christian College with a Bachelor of Science in Administration.

In her spare time she enjoys reading, writing, walking and spending time with her family.
