Radical PartneringTM is the brainchild of A Growing Enterprise, Inc, a San Francisco based business consultancy founded by Andrea Tobor in 2001. 

Working with companies during this time of economic transition, we realized that to “make it” in this economic downturn will take a heavy dose of creativity, innovation, as well as, a willingness to entertain new concepts and ideas - Voila - Radical PartneringTM - The Art of Creating Profitable Business Alliances, collaborative relationships and joint ventures. 

Not new ideas - but an idea “just in time” to save, enhance, encourage business sustainability and growth.

The objective of Radical PartneringTM is to ensure business owners and entrepreneurs:

Andrea Tobor is the Founder of A Growing Enterprise, LLC (2001) a business consultancy in San Francisco focused on analyzing business performance to identify and execute on new enterprise opportunities. The Consultancy's Radical Partnering Division works to build profitable business alliances for a broad customer base from solopreneurs, small business owners, service professionals and corporations.

Her work as part of senior groups at Fortune 100 companies including Time Warner and Procter and Gamble gives her a unique perspective on how to make significant, measurable and sustainable contributions to clients’ business objectives. 

Ms. Tobor has held senior level positions at lead market research firms such as the multi-national Information Resources, Inc. and contributes her best-in-class research knowledge to identifying and vetting potential alliance partners for a diverse clientele 

Ms. Tobor holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and is pursuing a Masters degree in Gerontology and Business Ethics from San Francisco State University
