Women Empower Member Information

In home and online personal training available! Don't worry about gym fees and traffic, or lugging your gym clothes around. I will come to your home for fitness training, so these things won't be an issue for you. The first visit is the assessment (measurements, fitness test, and goals setting) and it's FREE. We then proceed to set up your personal program, and nutritional counseling, if desired. I look forward to meeting you, and helping with your fitness goals.
