Personal consultation for custom catering by our chef is available to create that perfect menu for you. Fresh herbs are grown in our cafe for cooking and garnishing to enhance our unique taste and style. We use local food products to support our economy. Enjoy eclectic art for sale by local artists at our full service Internet Cafe while sampling our cafe menu, sipping fine wine, beer or a fresh brewed iced tea.

Kat is originally from California and has over 20 years culinary experience along with a Culinary Associate Degree from St. Petersburg College. She recently opened a catering business with an internet café called Cater Express located in Largo. Her catering focuses on fresh local foods including herbs from her herb garden she grows at the café. Before that she was a culinary assistant/food stylist for on air cooking shows at HSN and worked with some of today’s hottest chefs including Emeril Lagasse, Gordon Ramsey, and Wolfgang Puck. Kat had the opportunity to travel the United States for over 6 years working in some of the best restaurants and resorts before settling in beautiful sunny Florida.
