Finding his niche market in salons and spas was the easiest part, as he knew many people in the industry that told him stories daily about salons that were closing, stylists who had lost their passion and clients who just weren't satisfied. The beauty industry was one of the busiest yet the most challenging to dive into, which just made Scott want to take on this market even more. After careful planning and skill, his once "small business" grew into a large company with several key team members that are the driving force behind ASCC.
