Au Pair Care is a Department of State regulated au pair placement agency, providing live-in childcare and cultural exchange. We received an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and have been in business since 1989. Au Pair Care sponsors qualified pre-screened au pairs with previous childcare experience, from around the world. As busy parents, you will enjoy a better quality of life when your children have a nurturing and dependable caregiver. Au pairs are flexible, live with your family, and enrich the lives of your children through cultural exchange. Your au pair can drive your children to school and activities, help with meals, homework, and all other childcare duties. The cost of hosting an au pair is often less expensive than other types of childcare at less than $340/week, regardless of family size! As an Au Pair Care family, your Area Director will live locally and provide your family and your au pair with personalized and proactive support. An au pair may work up to 45 hours per week and assist with light housekeeping as well as childcare. Au Pair Care also offers an Infant Specialized Care program for host families with children under age 2 and a Special Needs Care program.
